Parent Party definition

Parent Party means Parent, Merger Sub and HoldCo, individually, and “Parent Parties” means all of the foregoing, collectively.
Parent Party means each of Parent, the Operating Partnership, and their respective Subsidiaries (including the Subject Companies).
Parent Party means each or any of Universal and USAi.
