Parent definition

Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

More Definitions of Parent

A corporation that attains the status of a Parent on a date after the adoption of the Plan shall be considered a Parent commencing as of such date.
