Parent Personnel definition

Parent Personnel means any current or former director, officer, employee, independent contractor or consultant of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Parent may replace its Parent Personnel at any time, for any reason and from time to time, with or without cause, in its sole discretion, after providing written notice to the Company of the new person who will replace such Parent Personnel.
