Parent Preference Shares definition

Parent Preference Shares means the Series C 6.08% Preference Shares, Par Value $1.00 per share and the Series E 5.375% Preference Shares, Par Value $1.00 per share, of Parent.
Parent Preference Shares is defined in Section 4.3(a).
Parent Preference Shares means Parent’s preference shares, par value $0.0001 per share, authorized pursuant to and having the rights and subject to the obligations of the Parent MAA.
