Parent Preferred definition

Parent Preferred has the meaning assigned in Section 5.2.
Parent Preferred means the shares of Series C Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share, liquidation value of $100 per share, issued by the Guarantor.
Parent Preferred shall have the meaning given to such term in the definition ofMaturity Date”.
