Parent Unaudited Financial Statements definition

Parent Unaudited Financial Statements has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.7(b).
Parent Unaudited Financial Statements means Parent's unaudited financial statements included in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended June 30, 2000, as filed with the SEC.
Parent Unaudited Financial Statements means the unaudited consolidated balance sheet of Parent as of October 31, 2006 and the related unaudited consolidated statements of income and cash flows of Parent for the period then ended.
