Pari Passu Notes Obligations definition
Pari Passu Notes Obligations means the “Obligations” (as such term is defined in the Pari Passu Notes Documents as of the date of the Effective Date) of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries arising under and in respect of the Pari Passu Notes and the other Pari Passu Notes Documents (including any “Obligations” arising under any Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness specifically designated as such by the Parent Borrower in respect thereof).
Pari Passu Notes Obligations means Obligations in respect of the Notes, this Indenture, the Guarantees and the Security Documents relating to the Notes.
