Park facility definition

Park facility means any building, structure, parking facility, recreational facility, synthetic turf, furniture, fence, monument, equipment, apparatus, walkway, wall, curb, rail, fountain, statue or other City property located in a City park.
Park facility means and include any swimming pool, recreation center or any other building or facility held for the enjoyment of the public and managed and maintained by the Parks and Recreation Department within or without the limits of the City which is under City ownership or control.
Park facility means a physical subset of a park.
