Parking Facility Agreements definition

Parking Facility Agreements means all agreements, whether leases, management agreements or otherwise, related to the operation or management of off-street parking facilities as listed in Schedule A below, between or among the Defendants and the owners or agents of the owners of the properties listed in Schedule A.
Parking Facility Agreements means those agreements listed and/or described on Schedule “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as revised from time to time with the approval of Owner or at the direction of Owner. MANAGER shall act in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the handling and accounting of funds of OWNER.

  • MANAGER covenants that it shall not enter into any new Manager Parking Facility Agreements or modify or amend any Manager Parking Facility Agreements, or purchase, lease or dispose of any Manager-Held Assets (including, without limitation, the Equipment) in the future, without obtaining the prior written consent of OWNER, in each instance, or unless set forth in the Property Budget.
