Parking Privileges. During the Initial Term, Landlord shall provide fourteen parking spaces. Initially, and so long as the Landlord is able to provide surface parking without interfering with the Landlord's plans for the development and leasing of the adjacent portions of University Park, Landlord shall provide surface parking for use by the Tenant in the adjacent parking area for the Claxx Xxilding lot. If during the Initial Term, Landlord is no longer able to provide sufficient parking spaces without interfering with the development and leasing of the adjacent portions of University Park, the Landlord shall provide an equal number of parking spaces for use of the Tenant in garages or other surface parking lots within University Park. During the Initial Term the Tenant shall pay the market rate from time to time in affect for any parking spaces provided by Landlord in garages or in other surface parking lots as the case may be. Landlord agrees that the market rate charged to the Tenant for parking spaces shall be no greater than rates charged in comparable circumstances in comparable buildings.
Parking Privileges means the right to park a Motor Vehicle in a Parking Stall, PayParking Zone, or Parking Lot by virtue of having purchased time to so park through a parking meter, from a Parking Pay Station or through an Electronic Payment System, in each case as may be employed for use on the Campus by the University.
Parking Privileges. Lessee must take a minimum of One Hundred Twenty (120) permits. As and when the need may arise, Lessee may take an additional Forty (40) permits. See Article 32.

  • The Landlord’s furnishing of Temporary Substitute Parking Arrangements shall constitute a satisfactory curing of the adverse effects of a University Park Parking Privileges Reduction, subject to the further provisions of this Section 8.9 below.


More Definitions of Parking Privileges

Parking Privileges. Commencing sixty (60) days after the Rent Commencement Date and continuing through the Term, Tenant shall be entitled to use and shall pay for 1.5 parking passes per 1,000 rsf (which shall initially be equal to one hundred fifty (150) parking passes) in accordance with Section 2.4 of the Lease. Subject to availability, Tenant shall have the right to lease additional parking spaces from Landlord; such lease for additional parking spaces shall be on a month-to-month basis at the then-prevailing fair market value for such parking spaces.

Related to Parking Privileges

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • parking attendant means a person authorised by or on behalf of the Council to supervise any Parking Place;

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations.   • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • parking ticket means a ticket lawfully obtained from a ticket machine provided by the Council for the issue of parking tickets appropriately dated and time stamped relating to Schedule 19B of this Order

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Pedestrian means any person afoot.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • controlled airspace means an airspace of defined dimensions within which air traffic control service is provided in accordance with the airspace classification;

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Disabled parking license plate means a license plate that displays the international symbol of access

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;

  • Amenities “Amenities” are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Stall means the structure for which the Council grants a Licence for goods or services to be displayed thereon or from which services are provided.

  • Building Plans means the general building plans in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any amendments thereto from time to time approved by the Building Authority;

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portion of the Ground Floor of the Building and also open spaces at the ground level of the said premises as expressed or intended by the Developer, at their sole discretion, for parking of motor cars/two wheelers etc.

  • Office Space means the actual office or workspace corresponding to the Individual Office Number(s), taken together.

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.
