Part 1 Works the works set out in Schedule 1. Part 2 Certificate: the certificate to be issued under clause 11 (Part 2 Certificate) on satisfactory completion of the Part 2 Works.

• ON completion of the Part 1 Works to the satisfaction of the Proper Officer in all respects the Proper Officer shall issue his Part 1 Certificate to the Developer.

• Part 1 Certificate: the certificate to be issued under clause 10 (Part 1 Certificate) on satisfactory completion of the Part 1 Works.
