Corporate Air hereby represents, warrants and covenants to Dick’s Sporting Goods that Corporate Air maintains and will, during the Term of this Agreement, continue to operate and maintain the Aircraft in compliance with all laws and will maintain and operate the Aircraft on its FAA Part 135 Certificate in compliance with all laws at all times during the Term unless otherwise set forth herein.

FAA/CAA Certification Documentation is current and complete demonstrating compliance with the equivalent to Federal Aviation Regulation Part 135 Certificate requirements of this solicitation.
