Part 2 Program definition

Part 2 Program means to be a “program” that falls under 42 CFR Part 2, an individual or entity must be federally assisted and hold itself out as providing, and provide, alcohol or drug abuse diagnosis, treatment or referral for treatment (42 CFR § 2.11). Refer to 42 CFR Part 2 for a more complete definition.
Part 2 Program means a federally assisted program engaged in the provision of SUD diagnosis, treatment, or referral for treatment.
Part 2 Program has the same meaning as the term “Part 2 Program” as defined in 42 C.F.R. § 2.11.
