If the Part Exchange Vehicle is delivered to our place of business in a worse condition or with an unreasonable increase in mileage or 60 days after agreeing the Part Exchange Allowance (other than as a result of a delay caused by us), we may make a reasonable reduction to the Part Exchange Allowance.
