Partial awards definition

Partial awards. A tender may be partially awarded two or more bidders, provided the following conditions are fully satisfied: 30.5.1 The possibility to partially award is clearly specified in the Invitation to Bid 30.5.2 Favored bidders have met Invitation to Bid requirements 30.5.3 Partial award reflects the best items or services to be obtained value 30.5.4 Any work scope change or awarding criteria shall be clearly communicated all proponents before partial award.

Examples of Partial awards in a sentence

  • Partial awards will be paid as follows: 75% if TSR is between the 60th and 75th percentile; 50% if TSR is between the 50th and 60th percentile; and 25% if TSR is below the 50th percentile.

  • Partial awards will be paid as follows: 75% if TSR is between the 60/th/ and 75/th/ percentile; 50% if TSR is between the 50/th/ and 60/th/ percentile; and 25% if TSR is below the 50/th/ percentile.

  • Partial awards are not authorized; however, HQ SACT may elect to award a framework contract to more than one offeror.
