Examples of Partial Redemption Limitation in a sentence
On or after June 1, 2025 and prior to the 26th Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date, the Company may, at its option, redeem (an “Optional Redemption”) for cash all or any portion of the Notes (subject to the Partial Redemption Limitation set forth in Section 16.02(d)), at the Redemption Price.
On or after April 21, 2025 and prior to the 41st Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date, the Company may, at its option, redeem (an “Optional Redemption”) for cash all or any portion of the Notes (subject to the Partial Redemption Limitation set forth in Section 16.02(d)), at the Redemption Price.
Subject to the terms of this Article 16, the Company may redeem for cash at any time and from time to time, all or any portion of the Notes (subject to the Partial Redemption Limitation) at the Redemption Price, if the Board of Directors of the Guarantor determines that such Redemption is necessary to preserve the Guarantor’s status as a REIT for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
