Examples of Participating Charity in a sentence

  • Please note, the Manager is keen to encourage the use of email as a means of contacting the Participating Charity.

  • The income of The Charities Property Fund (less charges and expenses) shall be distributed (rateably in accordance with the number of units held by the Participating Charity at the immediately preceding Valuation Date) on each Allocation Date in accordance with the Scheme and the Scheme Particulars.

  • The Manager and/or its business partners may also use this personal information for identifying other products and services which might be suitable for the Participating Charity and may contact the Participating Charity by mail or email to let the Participating Charity know about any such products or services and may keep this personal information for a reasonable period to enable them to do so; if you do want them to do this, please tick the appropriate box shown on the front of this Application.

  • A Participating Charity is not liable to make any further payment to the Fund after it has paid in full for the purchase of shares.

  • If a Participating Charity has any complaint regarding the management of the Fund in the first instance, please write to the Manager at its registered office (marked for the attention of the Compliance Officer).

  • The shares in the Fund held by a Participating Charity shall not be capable of being assigned or charged.

  • The register shall record details about the Unit Holders, including the name of each Participating Charity, its nominee (where applicable) and the number of Units from time to time allocated to it.

Related to Participating Charity

  • Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or an Administrator facility which has been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.
