Participating Location definition

Participating Location means any location of the Employer which is currently designated by the Company as a Participating Location and which is specified as such in Appendix A hereof. The type of Contributions available and the rate of Matching Contributions, if any, with respect to a Participating Location shall also be specified on Appendix A.
Participating Location means, in respect of a Retail Partner, those locations listed on anzrewards.com/gifts/partneroffers from time to time as participating in the Program.
Participating Location means a retail location owned or operated by an Approved Licensee Retailer through which the Licensees have mutually agreed to offer the Cards for sale.

  • Furthermore, the Establishment hereby represents and warrants that the Komen may use the name and logo of each Participating Location (if different than the Establishment) for the sole purpose of acknowledging the Event.

  • Notwithstanding any provision above, the license granted in this Agreement for Establishment to use the Komen Intellectual Property will extend to each participating location of Establishment (“Participating Location”), provided that Establishment will require each Participating Location to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • The Unique User Account Identifier or a Local Point Card may be used to collect Earned Local Points at any Participating Location (through use of the Application or otherwise) and presented at the time of purchase to a Local Frequency Program Participant for processing concurrently with performing of any Qualifying Transactions.

  • The Fitness Center Fitness Advisor is an individual employed or contracted by Fitness Center that will support Services, as that term is defined in Section 1.18, by acting as the primary contact on behalf of the Fitness Center that Member will contact at the Fitness Center Participating Location and fulfills the requirements detailed in Section 3.09.3.

  • ARAMARK and its Participating Locations shall pay Supplier's invoices within 31 days after the invoice date; provided, further that if such Participating Location in good faith disputes an invoice, ARAMARK or such Participating Location may withhold payment of such invoice.

More Definitions of Participating Location

Participating Location means an operating location of the Company where the Agreement provides for participation of the respective Bargaining Unit in the Plan, as set out in Schedule A.
