Participating Province II definition
Participating Province II means any of the Borrower’s political subdivisions, as per title Two of the Borrower’s 1994 Constitution (other than Participating Provinces I), which provinces meet the eligibility criteria set forth in the Operational Manual (as defined above) to carry out the pertinent Project activity under Part A.2 of the Project under the corresponding territorial jurisdiction of the same;
