Participating Public Agencies definition

Participating Public Agencies means those public agencies, which have active agreements for Disaster and Emergency Management Services with County.
Participating Public Agencies who register to participate in the cooperative purchasing programs administered by National IPA and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively the “National IPA Parties”) by either registering on a National IPA Party website (such as xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx), or by executing a copy of this Agreement.
Participating Public Agencies means any federal, provincial and/or municipal public administrative agency or administrative legal entity (as the case may be) which generates social/fiscal information, and has adhered to SINTyS (as defined below).

  • At a minimum, Supplier's sales initiatives shall communicate that (i) the Master Agreement was competitively solicited by the Lead Public Agency, (ii) the Master Agreement provides the best government pricing, (iii) there is no cost to Participating Public Agencies, and (iv) the Master Agreement is a non-exclusive contract.

  • As a condition to Supplier entering into the Master Agreement, which would be available to all Public Agencies, Supplier must make certain representations, warranties and covenants to both the Principal Procurement Agency and OMNIA Partners designed to ensure the success of the Master Agreement for all Participating Public Agencies as well as the Supplier.

  • U.S. Communities shall have the authority to conduct random audits of Supplier’s pricing that is offered to Participating Public Agencies at U.S. Communities’ sole cost and expense.

  • Supplier hereby represents and covenants as follows in order to ensure that Supplier is providing the highest level of public benefit to Participating Public Agencies (such representations and covenants are sometimes referred to as “Supplier’s Commitments” and are comprised of the Corporate Commitment, Pricing Commitment, Economy Commitment and Sales Commitment): (a) Corporate Commitment.

  • The contracts provide for use by not only the respective Lead Public Agency, but also by other Participating Public Agencies.

  • Utilization of the Master Agreement by Participating Public Agencies will be at the discretion of the individual Participating Public Agency.

  • Participating Public Agencies benefit from pricing based on aggregate spend and the convenience of a contract that has already been advertised and publicly competed.

  • While no minimum volume is guaranteed to Supplier, the estimated annual volume is projected based on the current annual volumes among the Principal Procurement Agency, other Participating Public Agencies that are anticipated to utilize the resulting Master Agreement to be made available to them through OMNIA Partners, and volume growth into other Public Agencies through a coordinated marketing approach between Supplier and OMNIA Partners.

  • Supplier must supply the following information in order for the Principal Procurement Agency to determine Supplier’s qualifications to extend the resulting Master Agreement to Participating Public Agencies through OMNIA Partners.

  • Provide a detailed ninety-day plan beginning from award date of the Master Agreement describing the strategy to market the Master Agreement to current Participating Public Agencies, existing Public Agency customers of Supplier, as well as to prospective Public Agencies nationwide immediately upon award, to include, but not limited to: i.

  • Public agency means the state or any local subdivision thereof, or any state or local department, agency, board or commission.

  • Quasi-public Agency means the Connecticut Development Authority, Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated, Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority, Connecticut Higher Education Supplemental Loan Authority, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, Connecticut Housing Authority, Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority, Connecticut Hazardous Waste Management Service, Capital City Economic Development Authority, Connecticut Lottery Corporation, or as this definition may otherwise be modified by Title 1, Chapter 12 of the Connecticut General Statutes concerning quasi-public agencies.

  • Participating Agencies means members of National Purchasing Partners for which Vendor has agreed to extend the terms of this Master Price Agreement pursuant to Article 2.6 and Attachment C herein. For purposes of cooperative procurement, “Participating Agency” shall be considered “Purchaser” under the terms of this Agreement.
