Participating Restaurant definition

Participating Restaurant means a restaurant located within the boundaries of a Restaurant District that is licensed by the City of Decatur to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises, that has paid an annual administrative fee in an amount set forth in the schedule of fees and charges, and that complies with all requirements set forth in Section 6- 25.
Participating Restaurant is a third party, which has agreed to co­operate with the Company to prepare and/or deliver the Goods or Services.
Participating Restaurant means a restaurant contractually obligated to iDine to provide rewards dining.

Examples of Participating Restaurant in a sentence

  • Restaurant specific logos and information will be used solely for the purpose of communicating to consumers that your restaurant is a Participating Restaurant, which will allow consumers to access all of the reservation, waitlist and other Services for your restaurant that are offered through the mobile app for consumers.

  • The End User will then attend at the Participating Restaurant, by-pass the queue, and present the digital receipt to retrieve the order.

  • Clicking submit will send the order to the Participating Restaurant.
