Participating Sites means any clinical site which is participating in the performance of the Study. Personal Data information that identifies or can identify a specific individual, that is collected, accessed, received, transmitted, maintained or used directly or indirectly, in connection with the Study. Principal Investigator the individual identified in the header of this Agreement who will be responsible for the direction of the Study in accordance with applicable Sponsor policies. Examples of Participating Sites in a sentence

  • Such right to audit shall include access, during normal working hours to the Participating Site's premises and to all relevant documents and other information relating to the Study.
