Participating Term Lender shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12(c)(iii)(B).

The Borrower shall review all Lender of the aggregate principal amount and Classes of such Term Lender to be such Solicited Discounted Prepayment Offers and select the smallest of the Offered prepaid at the Applicable Discount on such date, and (4) if applicable, each Discounts specified by the relevant responding Term Lenders in the Solicited Identified Participating Term Lender of the Discount Range Proration.
