Participating University definition

Participating University means each of the following four universities: ITCR, UCR,UNED, and UNA.
Participating University means a national public university as defined by Article 48 of the Borrower’s Law No. 24.521.
Participating University means a university participating as a Researcher under this Agreement. Party means a party to this Agreement and includes that Party’s successors, permitted assigns, and related entities. PDF means portable document format, with the file extension “.pdf”.

Examples of Participating University in a sentence

  • Each Participating University may, when circumstances warrant, request for the amendment of any provision of this Agreement after two years from effectivity thereof; provided however, such amendment will not be undertaken more than once every two years thereafter.

  • Any Participating University may withdraw from the Programme upon written notice submitted at the latest six months before the beginning of the next academic year.

  • If a Student wishes to submit a thesis for examination that incorporates any Knowledge Asset, the Participating University must: notify PHA that the thesis is to be submitted for examination; provide PHA with a copy of the thesis; and have the examiners agree in writing to keep the Knowledge Asset confidential.

  • In case of any conflict between the provisions of the Participating University Agreement and those of the Operational Manual and/or this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
