Participation work programme definition

Participation work programme means a programme of the petroleum operations under this Participation Agreement;

Related to Participation work programme

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.

  • Participation means an interest in a Loan that is acquired indirectly by way of a participation from a selling institution.

  • Participation Interest means the purchase by a Lender of a participation interest in Letters of Credit as provided in Section 2.2 and in Swingline Loans as provided in Section 2.3.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget prepared annually by the Recipient and approved by the Association in accordance with Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; “Annual Work Plans and Budgets” means more than one such Annual Work Plan and Budget.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.

  • Program area means a general group of disciplines in which one or more degree programs,

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Participation Fee means the amount payable by the Participant to the Council for the right to participate in the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Exhibition, as specified in Section I of the Application Form.
