Work Program means a program of work reasonably acceptable to both parties in respect of a particular Property, contained in a written document setting out in reasonable detail; (i) An outline of the Mining Operations proposed to be undertaken and conducted on the Property, specifically stating the period of time during which the work contemplated by the proposed program is to be done and performed; (ii) The estimated cost of such Mining Operations including a proposed budget providing for estimated monthly cash requirements in advance and giving reasonable details; and (iii) The identity and credentials of the person or persons undertaking the Mining Operations so proposed if not the Optionor, reasonably acceptable to both parties hereto.
Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.
Active participation means an ongoing process of good faith negotiation between the state licensing agency and the Indiana elected committee of licensed managers to achieve joint planning of:
Participation Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 hereof.
Participation means an interest in a Loan that is acquired indirectly by way of a participation from a selling institution.
Participation Interest means the purchase by a Lender of a participation interest in Letters of Credit as provided in Section 2.2 and in Swingline Loans as provided in Section 2.3.

Specific contract participation goals means the goals as stipulated in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2001. In addition to above-mentioned goals, the Regulations [12. (1)] also make provision for organs of State to give particular consideration to procuring locally manufactured products.
Participation Facility means any facility in which the applicable party (or a Subsidiary of it) participates in the management (including all property held as trustee or in any other fiduciary capacity) and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.
L/C Participation shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).

Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;
Participation Commitment means each Lender’s obligation to buy a participation of the Letters of Credit issued hereunder.
Applicable Participation Agreement Has the meaning specified in Section 5.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.
Participation Date means the date the individual becomes a qualified participant in Tier 2 as determined under section 701a(1)(b).
Participation Rate means the rate of interest payable on the Loan to Participant by Administrative Agent-Servicer.
Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.
Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.
Program area means a general group of disciplines in which one or more degree programs,
Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.
Participation Quota means in relation to a Section, the decimal fraction allocated thereto in the Sectional Plan and which is calculated in terms of Section 32(1) of the Act.
Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.
