Participation work programme definition

Participation work programme means a programme of the petroleum operations under this Participation Agreement;
Participation work programme means a programme of the upstream petroleum operations under this Participation Agreement;

Related to Participation work programme

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.

  • Participation means an interest in a Loan that is acquired indirectly by way of a participation from a selling institution.

  • Participation Interest means the Extension of Credit by a Lender by way of a purchase of a participation in Letters of Credit or LOC Obligations as provided in Section 2.2 or in any Loans as provided in Section 3.8.

  • Specific contract participation goals means the goals as stipulated in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2001. In addition to above-mentioned goals, the Regulations [12. (1)] also make provision for organs of State to give particular consideration to procuring locally manufactured products.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;
