Partition Date definition

Partition Date means the date on which the Lease Rights Site I is partitioned as a separate parcel and the Lessor acquires the sole legal and beneficial ownership thereto from the Lessee.

Related to Partition Date

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.
