Partner Brands definition

Partner Brands means the trade marks associated with the Partner brand and its various trading styles as set out in Schedule 3, and any other trademarks, as may be designated from time to time by the Partner.
Partner Brands means our host and legacy brands, collectively.
Partner Brands means the businesses operated by XxXxxxxx’x Corporation and/or its Affiliates, including Chipotle and Boston Market, other than its core “McDonald’s” branded, franchisee-operated restaurants; provided that the Company and GAM together shall be deemed to be one Partner Brand.

Partner Brands means the trademarks, service marks, trade, business and domain names associated with the Partner or Partner’s Affiliate(s) brand or owned by the Partner or Partner’s Affiliate(s) and its various trading styles and any other trademarks, service marks and business names, as may be designated from time to time by the Partner but which are to specifically exclude EGG Group Marks.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.
