Partner Company definition

Partner Company means any person or entity in which, at the date hereof, the Company has made, or is actively considering making, an equity or debt investment or acquisition.

Partner Company or “ Partner Companies” means Persons in which a Borrower or Guarantor has an equity investment, as reported or as will be reported in Guarantor’s consolidated financial statements from time to time.
