Partner Compensation Program definition

Partner Compensation Program means the DiamondCluster International, Inc. Partner Compensation Program dated November 13, 2003, as amended from time to time.

  • Incentive Compensation Plans means annual incentive compensation plans and long‑term incentive compensation plans of the Company, which long‑term incentive compensation plans may include plans offering stock options, restricted stock and other long‑term incentive compensation.
