Customer Contract means any written contract or agreement (other than trade contracts) between Seller and any of its customers (or under which Seller has rights) which has been entered into and signed by the parties thereto in connection with the publication of the Directories and corresponding provision of Directory Services.
Provider contract means any contract between a provider and a carrier (or a carrier's network,
Seller Contract any Contract (a) under which Seller has or may acquire any rights or benefits; (b) under which Seller has or may become subject to any obligation or liability; or (c) by which Seller or any of the assets owned or used by Seller is or may become bound.
Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.
Similar contract means Motor Vehicle.
Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).
Charter contract or "contract" means a fixed-term, renewable contract between a
Multiyear contract means a contract that extends beyond a one-year period, including a contract that permits renewal of the contract, without competition, beyond the first year of the contract.
Major Contract means (i) any management agreement relating to the Properties or the Loan Parties, (ii) any agreement between any Loan Party and any Affiliate of any Relevant Party and (iii) any brokerage, leasing, cleaning, maintenance, service or other contract or agreement of any kind (other than Leases) relating to the Properties, in each case involving payment or expense of more than One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000) during any twelve (12) month period, unless cancelable on thirty (30) days or less notice without requiring payment of termination fees or payments of any kind.
Master Contract means the CATS Master Contract between the Maryland Department of Budget and Management andTO Contractor dated December 19, 2005.
Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.
Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;
Project Contract means a Project Contract as such term is defined in the RfP; “Proposal” means a Proposal as such term is defined in the RfP;
public works contract means any agreement between any individual, firm or corporation and the State or any political subdivision of the State other than a municipality for construction, rehabilitation, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of a public building, highway or other changes or improvements in real property, or which is financed in whole or in part by the State, including, but not limited to, matching expenditures, grants, loans, insurance or guarantees.
Public contract means an agreement between a public body and a nongovernmental source that is
works contract means a contract for building, construction, fabrication, completion, erection, installation, fitting out, improvement, modification, repair, maintenance, renovation, alteration or commissioning of any immovable property wherein transfer of property in goods (whether as goods or in some other form) is involved in the execution of such contract;
Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.
Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;
Service Subcontract means a subcontract primarily for the furnishing of services, to or for a recipient of Assistance, except where services are incidental to the delivery of products, equipment or commodities. A contract for the purchase or lease of goods, products, equipment, supplies or other property is not a “service subcontract” for the purposes of this definition.
Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G.
Company IP Contract means any Contract to which the Company is a party or by which the Company is bound, that contains any assignment or license of, or covenant not to assert or enforce, any Intellectual Property Right or that otherwise relates to any Company IP or any Intellectual Property developed by, with, or for the Company.
New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.
Tender Contract means the contract between the City and each Tenderer governing the ITT process;
sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
Participant contract means a contract by which a sponsored captive insurance company insures the risks of a participant and limits the losses of the participant to the assets of a protected cell.
Proposed Contract means the agreement including any other terms and conditions contained in or referred to in this RFP that may be executed between the DBSA and the successful Bidder.
