  • Association is the sole owner of all right, title, and interest to all Association information, including Association’s logo, Strategic Partner Logo, Corporate Circle Logo, trademarks, trade names, and copyrighted information, unless otherwise provided.

  • Provider is not permitted to grant sublicenses to SAP Partner Logo Usage Guidelines but will provide the new version to Provider.

Related to Partner Logo

  • General Partner Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.B.

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • General Partner Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Partner Level means the program levels as described in detail in the applicable PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • Limited Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner in the Partnership representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Partners and includes any and all benefits to which the holder of such a Partnership Interest may be entitled, as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Person to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.   • General Partner Interest means the ownership interest of the General Partner in the Partnership (in its capacity as a general partner) and includes any and all benefits to which the General Partner is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of the General Partner to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • SAP Partner Code of Conduct means SAP Group’s global policy document that provides a set of informative guidelines to enable partners to comply with good business practices which is published on SAP’s partner-dedicated website.

  • Substitute Limited Partner means any Person admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.03 hereof.
