Partnership Area definition

Partnership Area means the integrated transport area for Tyne and Wear (as defined in the Local Transport Act 2008);
Partnership Area means a geographic urban area, within the administrative boundaries of either a City Corporation or Municipality, that has a population of approximately 300,000 for which a Partnership Agreement will be executed;
