Partnership Common Units definition

Partnership Common Units means the common units of the Partnership.
Partnership Common Units means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued pursuant to Section 3.01 and 3.02 of the Agreement.
Partnership Common Units means the "OP Units" as defined in the Partnership Agreement, other than the Series A Preferred Units and any other Units designated as Partnership Preferred Units.

Partnership Common Units means the "OP Units" as defined in the Partnership Agreement.
