Partnership Nonrecourse Liability definition

Partnership Nonrecourse Liability has the meaning assigned to that term in Regulation Section 1.752-1(a)(2).
Partnership Nonrecourse Liability means any liability that is nonrecourse to the Company as to which no Member (or related person) bears any economic risk of loss as set forth in Regulations Section 1.704-2(b)(3).
