Partnership Schools definition

Partnership Schools means DCPS schools operated by private, not-for-profit management companies under contracts with DCPS pursuant to 20 U.S.C. § 6316(b)(8)(B)(iii) of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB).
Partnership Schools means secondary schools, distance learning schools, community colleges, two-four year colleges and other institutions which have entered into memoranda of understanding with VarsityBooks pursuant to which VarsityBooks becomes the exclusive online retailer of new textbooks for such schools.
