PARTNERSHIP'S AUDITING FIRM definition
PARTNERSHIP'S AUDITING FIRM means the independent public accountants who are responsible for auditing the financial statements of the Partnership as set forth in Section 8.04, as selected and approved by the General Partner from time to time, in its sole discretion.
