Party With Standing definition
Party With Standing or “Parties With Standing” means those persons and entities who the Court has determined have a sufficiently close legal relationship to a Settlement Account to make objections on its behalf. The Court has ruled that Parties With Standing are the GAL and those persons or entities who, at the relevant time: (i) with respect to a Settlement Account that is open at Regions Bank, have one or more of the relationship(s) to the Settlement Account reflected on the attached Parties With Standing Chart for the Settlement Account’s account type; or (ii) with respect to Legacy Accounts, are Account Successors.
