Pass-Through Contractors definition
Pass-Through Contractors means the counterparties that have entered into the Pass-Through Agreements with Seller.

Seller shall fully disclose to the Company any and all Company Property, whether conceived, reduced to practice, created, developed, derived, generated or otherwise obtained by Seller or its Affiliates or its or their employees, agents, consultants, subcontractors (including the Pass-Through Contractors) or other representatives, alone or jointly with others, promptly upon obtaining or becoming aware of the development, creation, generation, conception or reduction to practice of such Company Property.
