Examples of Passenger Boarded in a sentence

  • Service Fees as stated in Exhibits A, B, F, G, H and J will be invoiced at the end of each month for the higher of the Service Fees for the Monthly Minimum Passengers Boarded Guarantees listed In the monthly recurring Service Fees, Exhibit A, Section 8 for the Hosted Services for that month or the actual number of Passenger Boarded for that month.

  • For example, if the Customer specified seasonality allocation for month 1 is 10% and the Annual Minimum Guarantee of Passengers Boarded for that year is 7,000,000, the minimum monthly amount invoiced and due would be 700,000 multiplied by the applicable Per Passenger Boarded fee.

  • A drop down rate ***** per Passenger Boarded applies to all passengers boarded over the Guaranteed Minimum Passengers Boarded as defined in Section 8.1.1(b) of this Exhibit.

  • If the actual ratio of Revenue Passenger Boarded Segments to O&D Passengers Boarded exceeds the [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] ratio, NAVITAIRE reserves the right to apply the above pricing on a Revenue Passenger Boarded Segment basis.

  • For the sake of clarity, this ratio will be calculated using the Revenue Passenger Boarded Segments as the numerator and O&D Passengers Boarded as the denominator to create the ratio.

  • The report will be run twice to create the ratio by selecting different report criteria options, first selecting ‘View by Journey’ to generate the Revenue Passenger Boarded Segments and second selecting ‘View by Segment’ to generate the O&D Passengers Boarded.

  • The pricing outlined in this Section 1.1.1 is based upon a ratio of Revenue Passenger Boarded Segments to O&D Passengers Boarded of [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] or less.
