Passenger endorsement definition

Passenger endorsement means a “P” endorsement authorizing the holder of a commercial driver’s license (CDL) to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) which carries passengers in accordance with sections 14-36a and 14-44d of the general statutes.
