Passively Promote definition

Passively Promote means: (i) wearing a sponsored logo on your clothing; (ii) wearing a sponsored article of clothing or glasses; (iii) using a sponsored computer peripheral in the normal course of competition (other than headphones at live events, due to the nature of requiring player noise cancelling at live venues); and (iv) any other sponsored activities which Blizzard specifically permits.

  • Passive NFFE means any NFFE that is not (i) an Active NFFE, or (ii) a withholding foreign partnership or withholding foreign trust pursuant to relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations.
