Past Due Balance definition

Past Due Balance means, with respect to a Statement, the total amount of any Debt which remains unpaid to U.S. Bank by Government Entity and/or Cardholder after the Due Date specified on such Statement.

  • Immediately upon execution and delivery of this Settlement Agreement, Individual shall forebear and suspend any legal, equitable or other actions against Docucon for collection of the Past Due Balance.
