Past Due Notice definition

Past Due Notice means written notice mailed to the customer by the District for unpaid balances 30 days past the due date.

Examples of Past Due Notice in a sentence

  • If payment is not received within thirty (30) days from the due date reflected on your invoice, a $15 Late Fee will be assessed to your account and a Past Due Notice will be mailed.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall not be obligated to pay a Late Charge on the first payment of rent not received by Landlord when due in any consecutive twelve (12) month period unless Tenant does not pay such rent within five (5) days after written notice from Landlord (the "Past Due Notice") that such payment of rent is past due.

  • In the event that fees are not paid within thirty (30) days after mailing the Past Due Notice we will begin the process of closing your account.

  • Should the Participating System Outlet fail to pay any billed amount within thirty (30) days, CCF shall send a "Past Due Notice" to the Participating System Outlet with a copy to MFOC.

  • After CSG has completed the Enhanced Past Due Notice Work and the Enhanced Past Due Notice Work Product, CSG will produce Enhanced Past Due Notices for such Customer.

  • Except with respect to such Customer’s Intellectual Property, such Customer agrees that the Enhanced Past Due Notice Work and Enhanced Past Due Notice Work Product as well as the generic Enhanced Past Due Notice shall be the sole and exclusive property of CSG.
