Patch Update definition

Patch Update means a fix or compilation of fixes released by SUSE to correct operation defects (program bugs) in the Software.
Patch Update means any update, upgrade, release, or other adaptation or modification of the Software, including any updated documentation, that Licensor may provide to Licensee from time to time during the Term, which may contain, among other things, error corrections, enhancements, improvements, or other changes to the user interface, functionality, compatibility,capabilities, performance, efficiency, or quality of the Software, but does not include any New Version.
Patch Update means any subsequent release of the Software that is a dot-, dot- numbered release (ie, Chordiant 5.1.1 Foundation) and is typically a patch. All Patch Updates shall be included in the next Minor Release Update.

Related to Patch Update

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Update means a modification to a Component System necessary to maintain the operation of the Component System in compliance with the Documentation in effect as of the Component System’s applicable License Effective Date and includes without limitation modifications correcting any design or operational errors in the Component System and modifications enabling the Component System to be operated in any revised operating environment issued by BNYM and excludes Upgrades.

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.
