Patent License Agreements definition

Patent License Agreements has the meaning specified in the definition of License Agreement.

Patent License Agreements means those patent license agreements between Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Worldwide, Inc. and Avent, which are identified on Schedule 1.1(a).

Patent License Agreements means (x) the Patent Know-How and Trade Secret License Agreement between Arconic or one of its Affiliates and the Borrower and (y)the Patent Know-How and Trade Secret License Agreement between the Borrower and Arconic or one of its Affiliates, in each case, to be dated on or prior to the Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Patent License Agreements

Patent License Agreements means the contractual agreements as defined in Appendix B

Patent License Agreements means (i) that certain Patent License Agreement by and between Pharmacyclics and the Board of Regents of the University of Texas System dated July 1, 1992, and (ii) that certain Patent License Agreement by and between Pharmacyclics and Stuaxx Xxxxx xxxed October 15, 1992.

Patent License Agreements means the Seller Patent License Agreements and Buyer Patent License Agreements collectively.

Patent License Agreements means the contractual agreements as defined in Appendix B 1.16 “PATENT RIGHTS” shall mean The United States and international patents associated with PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT 3 (“PLA3”) and/or PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT 4 (“PLA4”)

Patent License Agreements means (x) the Patent Know-How and Trade Secret License Agreement dated March 31, 2020, between Howmet or one of its Affiliates and the Borrower and (y) the Patent Know-How and Trade Secret License Agreement dated March 31, 2020, between the Borrower and Howmet or one of its Affiliates.

Patent License Agreements means those patent license agreements between Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc. and Avent, which are identified on Schedule 1.1(a).

Patent License Agreements shall refer to the Non-Exclusive Licensed Patent License and the Non-Exclusive Retained Patent License to be executed and delivered at Closing by Purchaser and Conopco or its Affiliates in the form attached as Exhibits D-1 and D-2, respectively, hereto.
