Development Officer means the Development Officer appointed by the Council of the Municipality.
Competent Officer means any officer authorized by the Corporation to act on behalf of the Corporation under this Contract.
Procurement Officer means the Buyer's contracting personnel, as identified in the Introductory Materials.
Patent Office means the respective patent office (foreign or domestic) for any patent.
Licensing Officer means a person with the authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate Agreements and make related determination and findings.

TO Procurement Officer meansTO Procurement Officer. The Agency may change the TO Procurement Officer at any time by written notice to the TO Contractor.

Contact Officer means the person identified as Contact Officer on the cover page of this RFT;

Controlling Officer means an officer entrusted by a Department of the Central Government with the responsibility of controlling the incurring of expenditure and/or the collection of revenue. The term
Chief law enforcement officer means the chief of police of cities and towns and sheriffs of counties, unless a political subdivision has otherwise designated its chief law-enforcement officer by appropriate resolution or ordinance, in which case the local designation shall be controlling.
By-law Enforcement Officer means a municipal law enforcement officer of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville who is dully appointed by the Council of the Corporation for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the Corporation’s By-laws.
Health Officer means the chief administrative and executive officer of a local public health agency, or the appointed health officer of the local board of health. Health officer includes a director of a local public health agency.
Reporting Officer With respect to the Owner Trustee, any officer, employee or other person within the Corporate Trust Office of the Owner Trustee having responsibility for the administration of the Trust Agreement.
Chief Procurement Officer abbreviated as "CPO" means the chief executive of the City's Department of Procurement Services ("DPS"), and any representative duly authorized in writing to act on the Chief Procurement Officer's behalf.
