Patent Pending definition

Patent Pending means that we applied for a patent in Japan, and “PATENTED” means that we obtained a patent in Japan. (As of February 2021)
Patent Pending means patent pending number 60/244,942 by the United States Patent Office with respect to the Invention and filed on November 1, 2000;
Patent Pending or “patent applied for,” as the case may be, as required to enable the Licensed Patents to be enforced to their full extent in any country where the Licensed Products are made, used or sold.

More Definitions of Patent Pending

Patent Pending means any patent or patent application including all issues, reissues, amendments, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, and corresponding foreign counterparts thereof that has been filed and not yet rejected without the possibility of appealing by a competent patent authority anywhere in the world.
