PATIENT PANEL definition
PATIENT PANEL means those Participants who have designated or have otherwise been assigned to The ENT Center of Atlanta, Inc. or its Represented Physicians as the primary source for certain Covered Services pursuant to a Service Agreement or HMO Program Requirements.
PATIENT PANEL means a Patient Care Advisory Panel established under Section 6(e)(2).
PATIENT PANEL means a set of patients for whom a primary care provider is responsible for providing primary care services;
