Patient Starter Kit means a supply of Product provided to a patient free of charge, by or on behalf of a prescribing health care professional in order to initiate treatment with the Product prior to the initial sale of Product to (or for use by) a patient (e.g., while awaiting proper approval, following prescription by a health care professional, by the payor (e.g., insurance company, managed care plan, government agency, or the like) with respect to all or any portion of the cost of the Product)).
