Patient User. - "the patient" means the person whose signature appears on the face hereof or whose guardian's or spouse's, as the case may be, signature appears on the face hereof, and who is to be admitted to the hospital. "Parties" - means the hospital and the patient.

Patient User means any patient of Customer or any duly authorized representative or agent of a patient, who has registered to use the Services and has agreed to the Terms of Use.

• These terms and conditions, as amended or updated from time to time in accordance with these terms and conditions (T&C), are the legal agreement between you, a User who is Using the PRiiMO Patient User Interface and the PRiiMO Service, and PRiiMO Pty Ltd ABN 54 631 333 821, an Australian corporation (PRiiMO, we, us or our).

More Definitions of Patient User

Patient User means patients, whom Customer permits or enables to receive notifications or otherwise benefit through Customer’s use of the Services under this Agreement.

Patient User means a customer of Client who is using the Subscription Service to communicate with Client.

Patient User refers to an individual that has registered to use the Services and has created an Account. Patient Users shall assume all rights and obligations hereunder on behalf of any family user or dependent using the Services.
